In the vein of the “Keep Austin Weird” campaign, I do see from time to time tee shirts or bumper stickers in Houston which say “Keep Houston Ugly”. I assume this refers to the lack of any zoning whatsoever inside the I-610 loop.
But is Houston really all that ugly if you know how to look at it?
